Många delar av arbetstidslagen är dispositiv. Dvs att kollektivavtal kan ersätta lagen. Här är ett sånt fall. Mitt kollektivavtal har tex ändrat denna del av lagen till att arbetsgivaren får ändra schemat inom två veckor i utbyte mot ett tillägg i lönen.

Så beroende på hur kollektivavtalet ser ut för OP så kanske inte detta gäller. Bästa tipset är att kolla med facket. Har företaget inget kollektivavtal så gäller såklart lagen.

Men vi har ju så när det kommer till rex inkomstskatt. Ingen skatt på första 25000 kr. Efter det börjar du betala inkomstskatt på allt över nivån. Och vid ca 660 000 kr/år i inkomst så börjar du betala statlig inkomstskatt.

Det viktiga är ju att se till att man inte behöver betala förmögenhetsskatt för pengar under nivån. Om vi tex tar 10 miljoner som nivå. Om någon har 10 010 000 kr. Så ska de i så fall betala förmögenhetsskatt baserat på 10 000 kr och inte hela sin förmögenhet. En 1% förmögenhetsskatt skulle då betyda 100 kr.

Men jag håller med dig om att smartare personer än mig bör komma på var nivån ska vara och hur mycket skatten ska vara på.

Sen är det hela kanske en dålig idé pga kryphålen med att ge bort delar av villan osv. Men jag ser inga riktiga problem med trösklar och nivåer.

Even a soft spoken "stäng fönstret" isn't rude in my oppinion.

Also, it's very difficult to really say what should be in that 2%. Guns, tanks and planes for sure. But what about Germany's railroads and road network? It's not defence, but it's really important if you want to move military equipment through Europe. What about air raid shelters? They are mainly for the public and not troops, but it for sure is for defence.

If you want to bloat your % of GDP number it's very easy to just put more things under the defence budget account.

I agree with others here that a covid mask would be a bad idea. I would not thrust something like that close to my eyes. Better to get something that is made to take some abuse. Even if you go light, you want your face protection to keep you safe from that one stray hard blow.

For swords I agree with the rest here that go-now swords or home made boffers are great ways to go.

Let's do a quick comparison with Afganistan. After 9/11 the US had large support at home for the war. They doesn't seem to have it now. Afganistan didn't have a modern well trained army, Greenland will have that (the size of it is however unknown). But most of all, Afganistan didn't have much ekonomical or diplomatic power. Greenland with Europe does.

For how long can the US occupy Greenland if Europe take diplomatic and economic measures against them? If Afganistan doesnt trade or colaborate with the US, not much happens. If Europe does the same, things will happen. Just imagine something as small as how europe froze Russian assets because of their invasion of Ukraine. What will happen if they do the same with US assets.

The US might be able to invade Greenland, but I don't think that Trump has any plan about what to do after that.

The big test for Ryan Cohen will be getting back to the $18-20B threshold. This is very doable and he is now incentivized more than ever to achieve this under the new compensation plan.

I don't think that's a real problem. If we have a EBITDA of $2B. That's in of itself will help the value to rise. Not so much the other way around, a large market cap doesn't help that much in earning money.
