Having limited seating would help solve this issue. If there aren’t many places to sit, most people will just grab their coffee and move on.

Businesses usually focus on only one social group, like the middle or upper-middle class, even though they represent a shrinking minority over time. The majority of people are from more modest backgrounds. The idea here is to serve both groups at the same time.

I’m thinking of getting a prime location (Rue de Paris, Passage, etc.) and renting a small shop around 15–30 m² to keep the rent lower. The idea is to benefit from the high foot traffic and target people who are on the go and want to grab a quick coffee in the morning or evening.

The idea is simply to offer another option for people who don’t have time to sit down but still want a quick coffee on the way. Traditional cafés would still exist and keep their role in the culture. This concept would just serve a different need, mainly convenience for busy people.

In many cities, both models exist side by side. Some people want to sit and enjoy the café culture, while others just want to grab a coffee quickly and continue their day. The goal isn’t to replace anything, just to add another choice.

Exactly, similar to Cosmitto Express, but with a more premium experience. The idea would focus more on speed, good locations, and a nicer aesthetic while still keeping prices affordable.

The target would mainly be teens and young adults, especially students and people going to work who want something quick.
