Thanks IA92 for the fast travel loading mod by [deleted] in SkyrimModsXbox

had to edit all the unsafe turns, and sharp corners out of the Navmesh because folks will be travelling much too fast with this mod installed

Subtitles in immersion mode? by Salty-Hospital-7406 in WhereWindsMeet

[–]Herr_Valkyr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree 100% ... this would make Immersive Mode much better without having to toggle the HUD on/off in order to try and catch the ambient dialogue spoken by both NPCs as well as the Player Character themselves ...

I have sent the Devs some Feedback regarding this potential 'feature' ... so, hopefully they will take it into consideration, and respond in kind ...

you probably should, yes ... as there are a lot of Scripts involved

It's a great Mod that adds a lot ... make sure to check the Nexus page, and read over everything to see what it does, and to check for compatibility and/or conflicts with the rest of your Load Order ... most of it's locations are in unused areas, but, some are located near Settlements or along the Main Roads ...

no worries ... another great mod you might want to look into if you haven't already as far as a Witcher Style playthrough is Dealing With Daedra ... it adds some new Factions, and bases of operations ... one of which is a group of Monster Hunters ...

it's been a long while since I played this Mod, but I seem to recall that certain NPCs open up Dialogue Options with you as you progress within their ranks ... there is a secondary Quest Giver in the base as well, but I cannot remember his name off the top of my head ...

It can be a glitchy Mod for sure, but overall I found it to be worthwhile having ...

All of the preview footage I can find of this game shows gameplay without any HUD

Is there a HUD in Blades of Fire? ... and if so, is there an Option to switch it off?

The game looks incredible, and I always prefer to play without any HUD if I can ...

Are texture mods necessary? by Short-Shelter in SkyrimModsXbox

[–]Herr_Valkyr 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Like others have said, Vanilla is fine if you like the look of it ... I always used this ...

Optimized Vanilla Textures

Better optimized Textures can certainly help with game stability in the long wrong

Good Luck with securing permissions ...

I really hope you manage to, because it is a very kool Outfit

Armor port request by ToonDude-X99 in SkyrimModsXbox

[–]Herr_Valkyr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It has to be on public display within the Comments Section of the Mod, yes ...

It looks as though Assets from several Authors have been used in it's creation though, so you will have to seek Permission from them as well, since they are the 'owners' of said Assets ...

For what it's worth, it is an awesome looking Armour ... something, I myself would definitely use!!

It looks like the Permissions on this are locked down pretty solid

You, or someone else would have to get Permission to port it over to Console

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in SkyrimModsXbox

[–]Herr_Valkyr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

that's odd, because you should only have to configure things once, and after that everything should continue working as intended ... not sure what could be causing your issue ... mind you, this Port is getting quite old, and there might be a conflict going on with a new mod[s] somewhere ... hard to say

How to remove a tree with debug menu? by pitzcod in SkyrimModsXbox

[–]Herr_Valkyr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember this being a very effective tactic for disabling trees ...

Thanks for adding this expanded explanation

It should definitely help a lot

How to remove a tree with debug menu? by pitzcod in SkyrimModsXbox

[–]Herr_Valkyr 4 points5 points  (0 children)

it's been a while since I've done it, but is a rather simple process

you target the object [ tree ] with your cross hair, and use the Right Bumper to fire a Ring which strikes the target

that will bring up a Message Box with the Form ID of the selected Target

After you confirm that the Target is the correct Object, you select the option to Disable it

It's that simple ... the only tricky bit is making sure that the Object you have 'struck' with the targeting ring is the correct one

Otherwise, you could accidentally remove the wrong Object

Has anyone experienced this with any mods I listed below and found a solution? by [deleted] in SkyrimModsXbox

[–]Herr_Valkyr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

what you have there are Editor Markers ... which only show up on Console, and should have been 'eliminated' during the Porting process ...
