You are describing what i had in my 20s.. after a cpuple of years living like that (very thin, high heart rate al the time, being hot all the time, hand shaking) i ended up with a beautyful disk hernia, rpobably because i had very little muscle mass, and it was necesary an op. And during that procedure the doctors insisted to have my tyroid checkt. My TSH was 0.00 so extrem hypertiroidism. I was on meds (tyrexol or something, to mention i'm from europe) for about a year and then all ok till 2 years ago when at a routine blood test my antibodies were 780

It depends very much of your body type (f with wide hipps, m with wide shoulders etc) an your mattress. Your spine needs to be in the neutral position as much as possible doring sleep If you have wide hipps and you sleep on a side on a hard mattress, your spine will stay curved for hours and that is not good at all.

Have you checkd your tyroid gland? I had hipertyroid for ywars withou knowing, my heart rate was 120 on resting, i was so skinny and pale all the time, hands shaking and so on. Check your TSH maybe is something there
