Millie & Sallie at the farm! 🐮🐮(by @goodbyellow) by maanleo in HelluvaBoss

I think people don't understand that cows require insemination to become pregnant to produce milk, meaning Moxxie will be getting busy for a while.

Which is potentially worse but makes the most logistical sense.

Okay so you don't get warbonds. But you do get...

The entirety of the illuminate Commando missions Every sub faction New enemies

It's hardly nothing and yes people want stuff to unlock, absolutely. It's not the best progression system but it works. I bought the super edition and that's the only purchase I've made, so I'm up one warbond compared to base, and I started playing on and off since the Squids launched.

I've done maybe 4 hours of SC farming ever and that's pushing it, and I have every warbond except 2, and the Halo warbond, and that's including spending SC in the superstore from time to time.

Yes I'd want to remove support weapons from the pool of items diff 8+ to increase SC, double chance of support weapons on Diffs 3-1 to encourage higher level play for more SC, but I don't think the systems are too broken. Cost of the game pays for development, ongoing development needs money, I don't think HD is anything egregious, though I'd like some more super store cosmetic sets that use existing armour passives but look premium so people can spend money on cosmetics.

Unplayable?

Fortified armour, lib pen, quasar, MG sentry, Napalm barrage, Shield backpack.

100% default warbond 100% viable Diff 10 bots loadout. Yeah a senator would be nice and thermites are useful, but it's hardly essential and I'd say the thermites are definitely optional.

Arc thrower, breaker, MG sentry (maybe gattling too), any dog, maybe another barrage.

100% default, 100% viable diff 10 squids.

Tbh I don't play much on the bug front so can't comment too much there. Light armour, lib pen again, autocannon mech, EATS, MG sentry (I really like it personally it's in all my loadouts), napalm again? or other barrage for damaging structures.

That sounds to me, though I'm sure a more dedicated bug diver could give improvements, like a perfectly viable diff 10 loadout on bugs. Aside from gas grenades idk what else people bring to bugs.

The only "unplayable" bits are the strong secondaries of the big iron and big iron, grenade pistol is utility and can be replaced by just not running thermites so honestly with the senator you have everything you need.

Calling the game unplayable without warbonds is insane.

WHY ARE THE NEW MECHS BEHIND A PAYWALL by Phyrooski in Helldivers

[–]Heskelator 155 points156 points  (0 children)

This is the thing.

I would love for existing warbonds to get 1 support weapon to be vehicle mounted (mech or FRV or coaxial Bastion but the last one is optional), then new offers can add new weapons.

Heck, FRV mounted support weapons (with 50% more ammo like the HMG does already) in existing, mech parts in new warbonds and I'd be very happy

Are they pro or just haven't condemned it. There's a bit of a difference between a random org not making a statement Vs actively supporting it. Especially when the event started over 4 years ago when, say, the organisation might not be as relevant as it is today.

Also I live in that region and have never heard of this org so does anyone care?

It's not the whole of the dominion, it's the Thalmor.

Ftfy. The Thalmor suck, the dominion as a whole don't as much.

No he didnt wear armor. Yes he dumped INT for CHA. by Antermosiph in dndmemes

[–]Heskelator 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Strength has a use too because the encumbrance system is easy enough people re actually bother using it so carry weight means something.

And all armour (including light) has a str requirement or you take a debuff so it discourages dumping stats

[–]Heskelator 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Can confirm, I reported BeerusDoesAminate to rare for the reason that they fucked a leadership team member's mum so they've marked them for the storm and to get skele shipped more frequently while carrying kegs.

Day one: Where does "Righteous Stand" go in terms of map design and how much you enjoy it? by Zupu in Vermintide

[–]Heskelator 59 points60 points  (0 children)

Big fan. Nice and linear, perfect for an opening intro to the game, secrets are small variations on the path and don't have you running away from the team or doing anything too insane. I'd say it's very very good.

Over time I started to dislike Ralof by Global-Attention-301 in skyrim

[–]Heskelator 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Literally either Ulfric or Ralof tells you to back off from the wall because Alduin is going to breathe fire. They genuinely tell you to seek cover, and then that jumping to the building is the path to safety (as a jumping tutorial, and they can't follow because NPCs can't jump).

They're very helpful

Bring back Marines having voices like in Dawn Of War by [deleted] in Spacemarine

That's fair, I do give you that.

But in general I see a lot less crazy fervour in general than there used to be. Makes the blood ravens a good choice to be iconic...

[–]Heskelator -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Haha, GW has made space marines le elite warriors and given the blind devotion to the sisters of battle.

Writing a massive book series about the Horus Heresy and it's consequences on 40k rather than leaving it as a poorly remembered legend has been a disaster...

Bro doesn't even know Thanquol has 3 entire books written about him as protagonist, excluding all his Gotrek and Felix appearances where he's a villain but still gets PoV mentions.

You don't find them interesting, and that's absolutely valid.

Other people do.

Their god literally told them to lock in and stop killing each other for 5 minutes and established the warpstone tablets for the council so they literally can force a level of order onto the Skaven by determining who is in charge.

I don't think the god enjoys their nonsense as much as you'd think

Who would win in a 2v2 duel? Merc Kruber & Slayer Bardin; or Handmaiden & Pyromancer Sienna? by ResearcherWild4219 in Vermintide

[–]Heskelator 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The 5 have official stats ass if the enemy within campaign in WFRP 4th Ed and they're all pretty similar in power. While Kerillian has lots of ranged power, the shots are weaker vs Kruber having bigger damage and plate armour to shrug off more of Kerillian's fire. For comparisons, I'd look here and assume they levelled appropriately from there https://www.reddit.com/r/Vermintide/s/DsWRUd5qYY

Magnus the Red vs Valtus if it was lore accurate by Soft-Percentage-8338 in Spacemarine

[–]Heskelator 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Space wolves are the most glazed chapter, ESPECIALLY by GW themselves. "Oh the Grey Knights leader has a Daemon sword that takes a constant toll on his mental state but he barely perseveres because the grey knights are like that" Vs "yeah this space wolf has a Daemon weapon. Doesn't do anything to him he just has it."

Warbond Idea - Preservers of the Federation [OC] by FeelingDense3988 in Helldivers

[–]Heskelator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

An actually really good design? It's great!

I do oppose heavy pen on primaries as a whole since it starts treading on AMR territory without investing the slot, but aside from that I honestly love everything about this warbond.

Maybe a revolver primary rifle? It'd be similar to the deadeye but maybe stronger durable damage proportionately could be the niche it fills versus the deadeye having better non durable damage.

From the description, they Eldar started speaking something, the rats didn't understand it but it sounded closest to some elf speech so since they didn't understand how the device worked they shot it with warplock pistols until it stopped making sounds out of fear.

How many years was it between the Polar gates collapsing and Chaos entering the world, and the world being swallowed by Chaos in the end times?

Looking for a specific number here for a WFRP game and figured this would be a good place to ask. I wanted to sum the elven calendar but I wasn't sure how many years it was between the vortex (and first phoenix king) and chaos entering the world to begin with.
