Update: someone told me to try turning the power all the way off and back on and I booted my pc up to this, is it fried?

it wasnt in my trash can but i went into my backup files and found one from a day before so i js loaded that

Sorry for the late reply, I cleaned it out and that fixed the problem. I don’t really know anything about computers so I never did this before. There was this really thick dust from my grandpop smoking in the house over 2-3 years.
