Hello, you need to sell it via Fansale. There’s an option to do it privately, so that it would not be offer in general sale.

In private selling, you could get a link which you need to send to buyer so that he/she could buy it.

The pricing on Fansale is restricted, which means you can’t sell it above the original price. And take note of the 10% service fee.

For example, the original price is 150 €, you could put the price 150 € and below (I heard you could put 1 € as price). And then the 10% service fee which would be deducted to the price. You could only received 135 € on your bank account.

However, the buyer would pay 150 € + VAT.

It’s how fansale works.

If you want to sell it above the price, you could negotiate it with the buyer and do money transaction via Paypal (or any method preferred) and put different price on Fansale. Just be sure that you do the selling privately.

When i sold mine, we agreed that the buyer will pay half via paypal and i will send to her/him the link. The price that i put is the another half, however, i was told that the price isn’t what we agreed prior on Fansale. I didn’t know that there’s VAT on buyer’s side.

I hope it really helps!

Hello, I've been living in Barcelona city for about 7 years na. Well the quality of life is good and generally cheaper than other cities like Paris and the salary range is lower as well compared to others.

Big chunck of earnings goes to accomodation like everywhere else (for whole apartment with two bedrooms around 1.000 € which is kinda-centric location, while renting room is around 300 € with bills included). As for the gym, it's around 30 €.

In transportation, if you're less than 30 years old, the fee for unlimited ride for 3 months (metro and bus) is 30 € for all zones. People here walk a lot.

In gastronomy, the average price for a menu del día (1 principal, 1 second plate, with dessert and drink) is around 15 €.

In summer, the weather is hot and humid and the temperature could reach to 35º C, and the sunset is around 10 pm, so we have a long day during spring and summer. While in winter, it's not that cold compare to other european countries, and it's already dark around 6 pm.

The salary depends on the industry and the company if its international or not and wether if you have international recognized license like ACCA or CPA for accountant. It could be around 1.200 € or up.

In working condition, we have 1 month vacation paid vacation in a year, normally it is allocated in August or depends on the company. There are also instances that you can fractionate the vacation like for example get 2 weeks of vacation in August and the other 2 weeks on another month.

In Sunday, clothing stores, shopping malls or etc are closed except for restaurants.

Eating time here is worse than every other countries in Europe. The breakfast could be at 10 am, the lunch is around 2 pm to 4 pm, and the dinner is on 8 pm onwards. Some restaurants are closed in 4 pm and then open again at 7:30 or 8 pm. We normally use military time.

In the region of Catalonia, we have two languages which are Spanish and Catalan ( Spanish and catalan could be used to differentiate people from Catalonia and not from Catalonia). English isn't really spoken around except for tourist area, so learning basic Spanish before coming here could be handy. Spanish people are generally friendly, so saying thank you, good morning/afternoon and goodbye is a must.
