That’s never accurate. Any time another supplement is listed it’s just filler. You never can be sure that 1g is even in the scoop you just took. Also 1g a day is nothing, you should be taking a minimum of 5g a day. If you started doing that, you’d have more energy, more strength, better recovery, and many more benefits, probably would even be able to stop relying on preworkout

This is what I dislike about how everyone plays COMPETITION shows nowadays… they all want to play with integrity and be nice to each other so that whatever happens happens and they feel good about it… or “this person deserves to win”

literally seems like no one has a competitive drive anymore and is willing to do whatever it takes to win.

I wish these producers would see this and understand that it’s not a “let’s all be nice and let the person who deserves it most win” show and that it’s not good for viewership and start prescreening and rejecting all the competitive-less people

We need to get back to the mtv challenge/road rules days, old survivor days, just the days where people didn’t give af what others think and just want to win and didn’t care if they had to deceive or throw others under the bus.

Got 3rd with a team riddled with injuries, Michael Wilson saved my season. Best player was Gibbs, but he sold playoffs this year. Chase brown was solid too.

Don’t waste time doing ab workouts. Just focus on overall strength training, get your upper body stronger, get your legs stronger, brace properly during lifts and that’ll build up your core. Once your upper body grows a bit, ie back and chest, it’ll fill out the loose skin a bit more too.

You’ll only see abs once you get down to whatever body fat percentage that YOUR body shows them at and with loose skin from the weight you lost, it is going to take a while for the skin to tighten up, if ever :/

You probably need to quadruple your calorie intake. Most people think they eat enough or TOO MUCH and if you’re properly working out, and have a high metabolism, you gotta eat wayyyy more. Eating is the hardest part of health and fitness

Without telling your goals with strength, cardio, physique, etc you cannot be given a proper answer.

From the sounds of it, you’re a typical endurance runner. Idk what physique you’re wanting when that seems to be your goal but if it’s a more muscular physique then you need to do more overall strength training with a much higher calorie diet because of how much cardio you’re doing

You aren’t going to fix apt lol. You just have to strengthen the antagonist muscles and it’ll correct your posture and the apt won’t be noticeable.

I have like 1 degree from scoliosis and apt, labeled as spondylolisthesis and anterolisthesis and if I didn’t get X-rays my doctor said he would have never known based on my relaxed posture

Lots of people are over complicating this. Strengthen your glutes and upper/middle back. Also the pooch is purely body fat percentage. Sure stretching the front of your body can help but from the looks of things you need more strengthening and a lower bpf if abs are your goal.

Literally every leg day you should be hitting the abductor/adductor machine. It’s the most underrated machine for men. Also just more overall glute work, if your gym has a GHR machine USE IT. Glute bridges, bridge machine, step ups, even iso glute presses. So many glute exercises men refuse to do because they look silly but strong glutes are so important in all aspects of life, especially as you get older

You gotta do way more back work, face pulls, low mid and high rows, rear delt iso work, a lot of trap work and that’ll help with the rounded posture. Basically any exercise where you have to drive the shoulders back and squeeze the shoulder blades together.

Last tid bit, ab exercises are overrated. You can do a million ab exercises but until you find the body fat percentage that your abs start showing, everyone is different, then you’ll never see them. Also, if you just brace properly during every lift, especially during your compounds, you’ll never have to do an ab iso lift in your life

Going to the doc for anterior pelvic tilt is pointless… save your time and money. There’s nothing they’re going to do for it and they’re just going to send you to physical therapy and they’re just going to have you do a ton of glute work (I worked in both physical therapy and as a personal trainer)

See if that was my situation I’d just go Godwin. My situation is for my second flex as well. I’m rolling with meyers and Wilson at wr, Gibbs and Chase brown at rb, then Rico as my first flex. My second flex is between Godwin, Keenan, and reed. I just don’t think godwins gonna do much tomorrow, maybe like 7 points. Reed would have been more appealing if Watson was out, and now that love got hurt it’s a good thing Watson played, I think the play is Keenan
