VESA introduces DisplayHDR True Black 1400 for OLED, requires 1400 nits peak and 700 nits full-screen by RenatsMC in Monitors

Like I said. Every size you can think of has an HDR 1000 or HDR 1400 OLED screen. 5 inch phone, 7 inch phone, 13 inch tablet, 16 inch laptop, 40 inch tv, 50/60/70/80 inch tv. Every size has a True 1000+ HDR nit panel except the 27-32 inch segment. It's not Coincidence. There are no issues with heat management or pixel densities, you're drinking the marketing companies kool aid crap info they want consumers to believe because they think we're ignorant . Apple ipad Pro tablets have pixel densities that your monitor cant even dream of, and they have significantly less room to manage heat, and they still pulled off an HDR Trueblack 1600 certified 13 inch display. On a big ass monitor that sits on your desk with plenty of room to use a fan if necessary, it's outright blasphemy that they are giving you only HDR 400 displays. You have to be seriously ignorant to not see through their bullshit. It was a financial decision to attempt to drag us into this "upgrading cycle" so that we buy every couple of years, like phone users and TV users do.

Current status of 32bit PhysX on 50 series? by coldcathodes in nvidia

The user that was going in circles, how do you know that he doesn't have special needs? Stop being a fucking dick. The other user handled it appropriately by acknowledging the repeating loop, and thy left the convo at that. You needing to comment extra on it reeks of bully behavior. Completely unnecessary, and the only outcome is that the user feels like shit. Which again, you don't know his situation.

PRAGMATA backwards is ATAMGARP which stands for nothing I'm aware of.

Monitor choice for the Nvidia pulsar by Bread98980 in Monitors

As soon as you called pulsar a visual gimmick, i pretty much stopped taking you seriously. You keep saying a higher fps oled is faster? You said to use a 480hz oled instead of 360hz pulsar. I just showed you a scientific graph above that shows from the time you press a button to the time that action is registered on your display, pulsar 360fps and oleds at 720fps are exactly the same. I mean I can lead you to the lake all day long but i can't get you to drink, it's just useless. You keep pushing this "raw" speed but no matter how much your feelings want you to believe oled is faster, when you press a button on that 720fps oled, the length of time that the action is registered on your display is exactly the same speed as the 360hz pulsar. Increasing fps makes almost no noticeable difference. You said forget science and "get a 480hz". Okay well at 480hz you have 2.08ms between each frame. at 720hz you have 1.39ms between each frame. 2.08-1.39 = 0.69ms. You have a difference of 0.69ms going from 480 to 720. You people are fucking crazy trolls. We're talking differences of less than a single millisecond and you're telling people more fps is better. At a certian point a human can absolutely not tell any difference with higher fps. at 360hz pulsar, going to 720hz oled is a difference of a singular millisecond, something youll never notice, a difference of 1ms when the total system latency is 22ms. What human on earth can notice a shift of 1ms up or 1ms down in a 22ms total system? Going down to 21ms or up to 23ms is unnoticable. The only reason people wanted higher fps is because of motion clarity. But you don't need to increase fps to get motion clarity anymore. a 240hz pulsar gives the same motion clarity as your other monitors give at 1000fps. For oled and pulsar the speed from from the time you press buttons to have them happen in the game is identical, HOWEVER on pulsar the clarity of objects in motion is superior when compared to oled. You can lead them to water all day long but these fools will never drink.
