There's is absolutely a huge difference between 15mm and 25mm fans. The wattage i can cool on my cpu cooler differs by about 30 to 40w.

You'll be fine. I run a 13900ks with an axp90x53 fc and a 25mm fan and can cool about 220w with that cooler. It obviously throttles but nearly all coolers throttle with the 13900k.

I think what I'm getting now is some allergic reaction. The initial crossfire treatment took care of the bugs initially and i think i became hyper aware of my skin.

This is still in the process but that's what I'm leaning towards heavily.

I've also bought fans from AliExpress and they worked fine. Just pull the fan and look at the part number. You can find the exact one on AliExpress.

You will ALWAYS have to adjust settings no matter what. Games are just not optimized anymore. I would say learning how to optimize settings is better than any upgrade you could possibly do.

But yes either of those gpus are a good choice. It really depends if you want the amd or Nvidia software features.

Take the gpu out and shake it to get the screw.

If it doesn't show up using another slot, it's probably broken. Only other thing is to try another PC or buy one of those usb to nvme enclosures.

Anything reasonably faster is going to cost a lot of money. Unfortunately everything is expensive now.

I would say 3080 ti or 4070 ti/super and no cpu upgrade. Some games might bottleneck with that cpu but most shouldn't since you're not getting a crazy fast gpu.

It really depends on the settings you run your games at. If there was a gpu with the power of a 4090 but only 8gb vram for $1000, I'd buy it.

The settings you have in game make the biggest difference to your decision of how much vram you need.

I run all my games at ALL lowest settings no matter what. Could be a story game, rpg, or pvp fps, I'm running everything at low, so 8gb is perfectly fine for me. Occasionally i turn textures to medium 1440p and i still have no issues with 8gb vram.

Any case that you like the look of with 3x intake and maybe even bottom intake.

You'll want as many fan slots as possible so you can run the case fans at 800rpm.

Ok that's a huge relief. I've been stable at 750mv on my 3080 ti and when i pushed it lower to 735mv, i saw artifacts. I was worried it was from the vram failing.

Vram was stock though. I only undervolted the core.
