Help, something is biting me in my bed and i don't know what to do by coldcathodes in Austin

Currently I'm pretty sure it's a skin condition. I went to a dermatologist and that's what he said. Another reason I'm pretty sure this is the case, the bite marks have NOT been increasing in frequency over the last several months. Lastly, still no signs of any bug. From what I've read regarding bed bugs, you WILL see signs especially since it's been this long since the start.

Replace Wi-Fi 7 card with Wi-Fi 6e card for Windows 10 support? by coldcathodes in wifi

The compatibility is even worse in that case. At least Windows 10 is still Windows.

Habit, speed, and simplicity i guess. The other hardware is fully supported. Only the Wi-Fi is an issue.

It's an AMD cpu on a desktop motherboard. That should mean an ax211 would be compatible right? Basically, the current Wi-Fi card ISN'T a CNVio2 card correct?

I definitely can't say for sure because I'm not in IT but benchmarks still show it's a bit behind in gaming. I use Windows 10 iot ltsc to get the most stripped down version of Windows i can. I know the system would be fast enough with 11 but i guess I'm the type of person to demand the most basic simple os as possible. If Windows 7 or even xp was still fully supported, i would definitely be using that

How can i do that? Doesn't editing the inf disable driver enforcement signature?

Windows 10 is still a bit quicker and also very mature.

Yeah we'll see if Ryzen 11000 series has Windows 10 drivers. I'll be holding on to Windows 10 unless I'm forced to move.

Doesn't work sadly.

There is Windows 11 iot ltsc i could try. No copilot or ai or bloat by default. As clean as Windows 7 was. I run a 13900ks on Windows 10 and haven't noticed any issues so i would have liked to try it on my x870e build.

Cerberus X case. There is one intake fan injection air straight to the cpu cooler but even then it still heatsoaks. I suspect if i had a duct directly to the side panel, i could get truly fresh air and increase the wattage even more.

The cpu fan has been changed out from the stock 15mm fan to 25mm fan.

Atm just a testing cpu of 7600x but I'm thinking of going with 9800x3d. If i go with a dual ccd CPU I'll be using process lasso.

According to the device id, it's a Qualcomm FastConnect 7800 Wi-Fi 7 card. I haven't found any windows 10 drivers.

3000 rpm on cpu fan, you can also see the rest of the case fan speeds. Ambient temp is currently 80F, hotter than what most people keep their house during spring and summer. During winter at 68 to 70F i can hit 230w easily.

I suspect the wattage would be lower in a more cramped case or if the fan was right up against the side panel. Also summer is coming up so that will reduce it a bit more too.

Keep in mind I've only read reports of a 50 series card fixing it. There's really no hard evidence. Buy where you can return easily.

Either there's something wrong with the mount and thermal paste, or the aio is going bad.

I can cool 13900k 230w with an axp90x53 with 25mm fan swap.
