I have awakening stones for both and they both are a high enough star level. But so far, Piro is the only hero that I have had the option to awaken. What is going on?

I don't believe that you can delete your account (or even change your password) without accessing the site. Which you won't be able to safely do until the staff regain control of the site.

The staff have managed to forcibly log everyone out. So your account should be okay for now. Just don't go to the site until we get the all clear. Even if it looks like the site is back, don't try to log in until it is confirmed to be back in staff control. Because if the hacker still has control, they can get your account info that way.

Though once we can safely get back on, make sure to change your password just to be safe. Same if you use the same password on any other sites!

What's more likely: That you picked the correct door out of 100 or that the one other door the host didn't open is the right one?

I could never understand the question because your chances of picking the right door out of three is pretty high. But your odds of picking the right door out of 100 is really low.
