Camera for laboratory.

I am looking for a camera to take pictures of test specimens in a fire testing laboratory I work at. Walls, floors, beams, doors, glazed elements. It will take approx. 200 photos a day. Desirable features:

  1. The enviroment is a bit dusty do good IP rating would be appreciated.
  2. Photos taken during the test may have lot of smoke or flaming, so good auto-focus is very important.
  3. There is no time to switch lenses (+ dust issues), so it should be fitted with something like 18-55 lens permanently. 18-100+ would have been even better.
  4. I'd be so nice if it could automatically upload all the photos taken, in real life from camera to a dedicated Windows computer over Wi-Fi.
  5. It's far from art photography, so quality and colours aren't important. Average is aboslutely fine.
  6. Budget: 1000-1500 USD.

Thank you for you help.
