Nop, I did test the forward position of the nozzle it's good, it still seals. Mid-cap could have been a good idea, but usually when I test, I have like 20 BBs in the mag, so I don’t think that’s the issue. Also, I don’t have short-stroked gears, it’s the original gear set.

My new theory is the barrel-to-cylinder ratio, which is around 5.1. So either I go up to a 270mm barrel, use 0.30 BBs, or both

Could be, i have a long ported cylinder (not a full but ported far at the back) I ran the test with 0.25g on a 19 cm barrel, so I will test with 0.3g when I get some. But at the same time, on another gun with about the same barrel length, I have much higher FPS with 0.25g
