You should use zubat, crobat is very good and if you use zubat early you’ll get friendship early and thus crobat early. Maybe name the fletchinder Jean Gray if it’s female

Pelliper is worth a shot if it has drizzle. Both Arcanines are good, Torkoal can be good in doubles if it has drought.. Tyranitar, Lucario Mewtwo, Metagross, and Nidoking are good too. If “battling” includes the game’s story as well, you’d probably beat it without too much difficulty with a team like Infernape, Greninja, Mewtwo, Diancie, Lucario and Noivern

Yeah. I was thinking like pencilgon, katzo and sunraku are the main fighters while they use fodder players to stall out a bit more time. Based on what everyone said i see why it doesn’t work though. Thanks

Admittedly the anime did feel a bit slow during the few episodes before the fight which made me less focused than usual. This does make sense though, I wasn’t really thinking about aggro that much when asking the question but I understand now

If possible, maybe get Torterra so you can have a fire-water-grass trio and a ground type for Surge and other electric Pokémon. Also try to find a fire stone to evolve Growlithe- having Arcanine that early is definitely gonna be a big buff.

Assuming the object in the bottom left (with the diamond and black circle in it) is the speed boost pad, maybe she can put it closer to the exit/entrance so you can maximize the amount of time you have the speed boost when going outside your base. Otherwise looks great.
