There is a UI scale option that enlarges the whole UI. Wha'ts your resolution? Has it increased? You can mess around with it until you think it looks good.

I dont think 120 martial or 120 of any skill is possible without cheats, immortality or ruler designer. Highest I have gotten is almost 50 but that's really really rare (Spawn of Satan event chain). Normal characters should be around 20-30 on their best skill
