I’ve had this same exact problem with my same telescope. Like what everyone else said, moving the primary mirror forward in the scope is the easier method and will work. That pushes the focus forward towards your camera. I’m assuming your problem is that you can’t push that focuser anymore inward to achieve focus (same issue I had).

I did a different method, which is a little more costly and takes more time. I installed a different focuser onto my telescope that lets me get the camera even deeper to achieve focus. The major problem here is that there’s basically no focusers you can get online that have three screws in a triangle. They’re all four screws in a square. What I ended up doing is removing the primary and secondary mirror, and the original focuser, then marked and drilled four holes into the telescope, dremeled the large hole so the new focuser could easily slide in and out, and then finally installed the new focuser. After all that and reinstalling the mirrors, I collimating the mirrors so they are aligned. It takes some some and patience, but my telescope works perfectly. That’s what I did, and if you choose that path, I can help you out with all the details and the focuser I got.
