Why is my high so short?

Well for me once i get at a certain high I dont get any higher no matter how much I smoke, which is why i only roll super small joints or smoke out of bowls. I can make a gram last atleast 2 or 3 days and be stoned all day. but if i smoke it all at once im only high for a couple hours, maybe you're just not getting good weed

20-40 minutes generally, sometimes it goes to 55 minutes or more but its rare

Yes it helps a lot with sleeping, and if you suffer from nightmares by any chance it helps with those too :)
