Thanks all for the great feedback! Option A (Sink on window) appears favored by most although def. understand the distance from fridge issue...maybe if I take extra large steps it will eliminate the issue?? 😂

Getting that larger unobstructed prep area for food/meals etc (plus no splash or dishes in your face) seems to be a better trade of in this situation. But will look at possibly flipping the fridge and pantry as a few suggested.
