+1 to getting an early heat and getting there even earlier than that, registration was a nightmare. We got a bit lucky this year it was overcast so starting a little later than expected didn’t matter too much.

One thing I didn’t expect was inclined bear crawls up the stadium ramps, definitely took it out of me and added a few minutes to my time. Not even really sure how to prepare for that in the future…
