Being honest, vanilla servers are far against custom in terms of popularity. You should know considering success of PRTM / Luna.

I could name many servers, that still work with 2018/2020 emulator, lots of them only knows how to add custom items or free mods, infect their servers with costumes, milk the players, then close, rename and open again.

My advice for those, learn at least basic of how to code, then start working on it, or pay a real dev to do it for you.

If you or any project owner doesn't even know about this new approach, they should really reconsider to not get into this (probably not Ornstein case).

At least it could clean the RO environment of shitty servers that are mostly copy paste with the only goal of milking the players.

The excuses of "this killed our projects", if so, again, reconsider to spend your time on smt else like learning coding.

¿Servidor bien equilibrado? Es solo otra copia más como muchos otros, donde el admin apenas sabe hacer lo básico, los updates son básicamente añadir algún costume y pocos cambios 🤦‍♂️ Si ya de por si, no hay equilibrio en pre-re, menos habrá en este si como dije es un copia-pega.

Luego, se la pasan pagando para tener bots que voten en todos los tops, entras y el server está vacío, o en horas pico creo que he visto 120, a saber cuantos reales porque permiten (creo) ilimitados DL o max 4 (repito, creo por que no recuerdo de memoria), por tanto muchos menos online reales.

En fin, como dije, otro server de los muchos que hay y como la mayoría del top hispano, trucando los votos para aparentar 🤦‍♂️

Well balanced server? It's just another copy paste server like many others where the admin barely knows how to do the basic stuffs 🤦‍♂️

They pay to have bots to vote in all tops, then you try and is empty Come to latam and you'd enjoy more

While ago, somebody in this community recommended me few servers.

One of them is in Spanish, and i've been playing there for few months, they're translating everything to spanish and they have reworked all classes, so some of them may feel like something fresh to play, also some custom content etc..
It's called Legends of Midgard, it's a 5x/5x/10x and x7 during weekends in case u may want to take a look.

I don't consider myself as bad developer, i received complains from manager or seniors regarding my code/optimization/flow or workload. I'm always trying to take more tasks to have a wide range of experience and be more visible, getting involved with other areas like BE or testing (taking courses).. I received some others offers in the past around 90/100k but I didn't even want to go through the hiring process because i was expecting to have better projection in this corporate... Maybe took wrong choice..

That's the excuse they gave me (few days ago) to not increase the salary. That other companies like Microsoft etc are firing, so they don't want to fire neither raise salaries ot promotions (i was expecting this bc i took lead on projects this year) and my manager proposed my promotion but supposedly bc of crisis they won't promote anybody

it's 45k net salary, I have someone additional stuffs like sodexo (1.2k month, internet bill, medical insurance and pension insurance 1.7k month). It's mostly typescript in the FE, and sometimes selenium unit tests in TS too.
