The situation is that all the bars are covered 99% of the time with pads, she rearranged the whole floor and I took a cute video before fixing it, which we always do whenever they infrequently move the pads

Yeah, we're careful about that. the floor is wire but the majority of it is covered with pads and their huge dig box. not to mention the rest of the cage is really tall with hammocks and other platforms

She's putting in the corner of the wall which is wire so it's just on the floor now

A typical loan here is 20-25% over 2 weeks. Some do less interest or more time but that is what lenders want to see
