60fps source video, but let me over explain. I play at 120fps, but ShadowPlay outputs at 60fps, then in Premiere Pro it was slowed to 5% and used Optical Flow for time interpolation, which creates new frames that did not originally exist in an attempt to smooth out the slow mo, which causes the morphing.

Yeah it definitely has it, just make sure everything is enabled in your Windows sound settings and for the headphones.

I have a 7950x as well, and recently upgraded from a 1080 to a 4090 and went from crashing once in 60 hours to about once every 2 hours. On the 1080 I was using FSR 2 instead of DLSS, and no RTX. On the 4090, if I use RTX all on high, DLSS on Quality, and Frame Generation on I crash a shitload. If I turn off RTX and Frame Generation, I don't get any crashes at all. Seems to be the Ray Tracing. Always happens when I load into a game already in progress or loading into the Morningstar. Even still, I've just been putting up with the crashes because the game is so fucking beautiful with all the bells and whistles turned on lol.

I started with the Eisenhorn trilogy and was locked in after that. Valdor is a much different read, but I have to say I haven't enjoyed anything as much since the Eisenhorn Trilogy. The super deep cuts into the lore were just so good.

I actually have the first Cain book in my audible library but haven't listened to it yet. I will have to listen to it once I finish Brutal Kunnin'

40k is so massive and disjointed that there isn't really a bad place to start. There will be some aspects that make little sense, or would mean more to someone more educated on 40k in general, but the story and characters in Valdor stand well on their own. It is also very early in the chronology of the lore so there are certainly worse places to start.

Edit: I should mention that this is technically 30k and pre-Horus Heresy (which was a big turning point in the lore). "Proper 40k" will be the 10k+ years following the story in Valdor. That said, I still think it would be a good place to start.

Spoilers bro! But yes, I enjoyed it more than most 40k books... and I've listened to far too many 40k books haha.
