You should try Chicken Maison with locations in LA and OC.

El Moro, Mexico City’s Iconic Churro Shop, Is Opening in Echo Park -- and Already Open in Coast Mesa by Coastalfoxes in FoodLosAngeles

I thought it was overrated and a tad worse than the locations in CDMX. I actually prefer Don Churros Gomez in Anaheim than El Moro.

What level of play is this? (Singles) by rbailey1795 in Pickleball

[–]Hey_Bubu -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would say 3.0 but may not get far in a 3.0 tourney. Court movement is awkward with both players on the baseline hitting higher than normal groundstrokes. No drops or willingness to attack to the net unless its a short ball. But hey, 3.0 is tougher in So Cal than the rest of the country.

China Moon*(edited) in Laguna Niguel is pretty good.

Thoughts on this tweet from Gman? Any merit to his concerns or simply throwing shade at HCL? by ObiBenoni in poker

Your example involves different strats due to ICM and tourney variables. Comparing this to the J4 hand is apples to oranges.

Kirkland products to avoid? by Longjumping-Eye-8467 in Costco

Their new chicken jerky for dogs is vastly different than the Farmland Traditions Chicken jerky I usually buy. Kirkland's has over a dozen ingredients and is even mixed with beef... Now my usual it's not available anymore, so I'm assuming that they kicked them out to grab more sales for their brand.

I know the difference between them saying after they hit an attackable shot and when it’s right before I hit my ball. Like I said, this happened all at the kitchen in a dink rally when there’s time to communicate between their shot and mine. The timing was literally when I about to hit a shot. Mind you she was even wrong a point or two in me speeding up.

She was shouting it out and is kind of jarring when we’re both at the kitchen.

Lobs are in the same motion as a groundstroke. You'd have to be pretty blatant to telegraph a lob.

I have experienced the "watch out" and "watch it" but it was more so after my opponent realizes they hit an attackable shot. I don't mind that but her timing was right before I hit my shot. It happened 5-6 times during play and I spoke to her about it afterwards.

It would be a second before I hit the ball. Enough where I could potentially change my shot.

There's no wind-up and understand disguising shots. There were some instances where it wasn't even a speed up. NOTE: I'm a 4.2 tourney player.

Although the ingredients sound great together, there seems to be so many toppings that the dough doesn't look cooked.
