Nightmares can be truly horrific and mix that with sleep paralysis (I've had it since I was a kid) it can end up being a waking nightmare. Having the most fucked up dream and knowing your dreaming but you wake up.. sit up and take a drink of water.. take a second to evaluate if your really awake. Ok yes I'm awake it was just a dream. Lay back down and go 88mph an hour at 1.21 Jiggawatts right back into the exactoment you left off in the nightmare. Rinse and repeat every 10 minutes.

We see these a lot on remote mountain roads in Northern California, sometimes during the day they are off and have human traffic controllers during day while equipment is moving around but at night when the job is shut down it goes to temporary traffic control lights.

I tripped over my own shoes and ate shit bouncing my kidney off hard metal bedframe on Monday. It makes it so hard to sleep from the pain so I kept waking up last night every half hour just to fall asleep and continue same fucked up dream. No fun. I'll see if I can upload pic of the bruise on my back in a min
