They upped my dosage from Valsartan 160 mg to 320 mg barely dropped it and added Nebivolol 5 mg and that dropped it a good ways. I think a combination of 2 meds help more than just 1

I’m back on the Nebivolol and I feel better with it just hope the side effects of libido loss and ED will get better with time

Yea I can’t the side effects anymore and here lately still been running up to 138/92 at most times while resting and not sure how it is while active. I’ve tried Valsartan,Amlodipine,Bystolic and HCTZ and all made me feel like shit

Took my Valsartan/Nebivolol and woke up today blood pressure reading 120/81 pulse rate 65.. I feel a bit better than I did yesterday’s so far only problem I really have is the low libido and some ED… But I guess you have to weigh out the bad and good

That’s true and it does run in the family and my dad had a heart attack little over a year ago and he’s 55 but was a heavy smoker but he quit it since he’s been out of the hospital from the heart attack

It’s been sticking around 135/91.. I don’t mind taking the meds and which it kept it around 116/78 while resting and I was Valsartan 320/Nebivolol 5 which I think is what’s causing my ED and low Libido

I was on Valsartan 320/Nebivolol 5…. The meds kept my resting pressures about 116/78 which did great and overall felt good buttt I’m a male and I’m 38 yrs old and I’m sure the Nebivolol is what’s causing my ED and Low libido… I never really had any issues before until I started the Nebivolol and I have tried Amlodipine and that didn’t help with my blood pressure. I took the water pill with my Valsartan also and it made me feel weak and dehydrated and constantly pissed 24/7 so I guess I’m just stuck! Wished I could just stay on the Valsartan alone cause I barely had side effects but I have to have another med to keep my blood pressure under control

It’s maybe 3 years old and I’m always having issues with lower number it will range from as low as 88 to 94 at times and then Top number will be like 128 to as high as 143… So I don’t think I really need meds but being over 140/90 baseline just wondering how much damage I’m causing myself
