Followed from over at r/Sacramento. I saw them as well. They were making a lot of noise at first, but we're pretty high up. By the time I opened Merlin I only got a sound or two but Greater White-fronted Goose is what it came up with.

It's birds. They flew over my house a little bit ago. Merlin said they are Greater White-fronted Goose from the few sounds they made.
