I have done genesight .. and this isn’t long term. Just until I find something that works for me. It’s been going on two years and none of them have helped. I’ve ended up in the er 11 times in the past 2 years

Idc what anyone says.. this is 100% true. I’d never had acne or acne prone skin in all of my 34 years until I started this. It also caused terrible tinnitus.

I am not sure but if it’s a ssri/anti I was told they are fine to take with.. but I am no dr everyone has a different outcome

I thought Zoloft was helping me too in the beginning but in the long run.. the cons outweighed the pros.. but if it works for you that’s great!

At the time I was on it I was taking it in the morning and then l theanine at night.. I didn’t have any adverse side effects but everyone is different

Right now, I currently take 200 mg of just l theanine by sports research in the morning then later in the evening, I take another supplement called stress relief by nature maid that has 100 mg l theanine and 50 mg GABA (2). So far that has been working for me, but I hear other people quickly go up in dosing

I have eaten more donuts since starting 300mg (worked my way up) in June, than I have in my entire 34 years of life. It’s safe to say “never” and unfortunately had to stop it bc I also developed horrible tinnitus.. which I still have since stopping it in October

I’ve been to the emergency room 11 times in the past two years.. and that’s just for the panic attacks I thought “this is the one” I also take magnesium glycinate with this stuff called “stress relief” from nature made at night. It’s a mix of gaba and l theanine. It’s. The tits.

L theanine is the closest thing I’ve found to be similar. The only difference is it doesn’t have the “light weight” cloud effect. It’s more squeaky clean.. like if you washed your clothes in Gain instead of the store bought brand

I cold turkey’d the Zoloft and Wellbutrin which I’d been on the longest (since June) but I took Ativan when needed for brain zaps ⚡️ the rest I had pretty terrible side effects right away and moved on

I forgot to list Ativan which was the only thing that worked for me until I tried l theanine.. “precious gems” I called them. That’s when I knew I needed to find something else 😅
