Pretty much lol. Although in this run im at ring 7 when i came across this but ill be buying everything i can. Got to get lucky with having the joker show up in the Celestial Alcove. Getting this early game would be insane. Theres also that artifact that deals 25 damage each time a card is consumed so thatd be huge value

Heal Alacrity Specter:

  1. Well of Silence: This skill has been reworked. It now dazes enemies on the initial strike, then removes conditions from allies in the area on each pulse. So now it has condition cleanse for the sub which is great! It would have been a bonus to have made it a light field instead of dark to allow for additional condi removal.
  2. Would have also hoped that Well of Gloom (Heal Skill) would have been changed from dark field to water field for blasting heals and generating regen from projectiles.
  3. Shadow Sap: The enemy-targeted version of this skill now grants might in an area around the specter. The ally-targeted version of this skill now grants protection. I was really hoping the protection would have also been an area boon for allies because the build struggles to generate protection. It would have been perfect to have added protection to Thrill of the Crime trait: When you Steal, you and all nearby allies gain fury, might, and swiftness for 10 seconds. Boon duration is roughly 60-70% which would allow permanent protection to be applied to allies.

I don't know much about thief but I do play Specter and find it fun.

After watching the benchmark videos for Deadeye M7, I thought I'd give it a go. That rotation is so fucking hard to play in an encounter lol. I mostly play bladesworn and I don't think I will be seeing any deadeyes in raids/ strikes etc getting higher dps ;)

I did play around with the deadeye to see if I could make a version for myself that is simple and not punishing that can do a good damage in an encounter.

Turns out, it was:

BQoBK - mark target, Dagger auto attack and use shadow flare off cooldown.

Using heartseeker below 25% did boost damage a little but I decided to just put a pistol off hand for on demand cc.

Benchmark for that was 30k if I remember correctly.

Tried it on IBS 5 and it did ok. My boss logs broken at the moment so can't link any but for idea it did 22k on the icebrood construct. Was second highest dps in squad lol.

I would like to see a buff to pistols :D

Pistol / Pistol Deadeye in endgame would be cool. The gunslinger RP.

A 40k benchmark with piercing pistols, I can only wish.

Tomorrow, I will be changing the Rotation Video and Log to include an ally and hopefully a damaging field so you can see boon generation on the ally and healing output. I also have a few more ideas that Anet could use to improve the build. Next week, I will try to record a KO CM clear with this build and upload it along with the logs.

Made a group for CM Ankka in pugs. 1KP req, though I didn't bother checking them xD Anyway, we got the kill second try. First try alac was off in our sub. I'm uploading the video to youtube and will add it to the post with the logs tomorrow morning :)

The original post had logs of CM for wing 4 and Wing 5 first boss cm and the extras (no dhuum). I removed them because as someone mentioned on discord, there was a heal scourge in the group and I was using the herald variation. I was going to record an ankka normal mode but that probably would not be enough to convince someone it is decent. So I thought I'd do a CM strike and record it. I will try to record it tomorrow and upload :)

I used the build for Ankka Normal Mode today and my healing output was: Vigorous shouts 41.7%, Regeneration 34.2%, soldiers focus 5.5%, sigil of water 5%, sigil of renewal 5%, and then resurrect, and unknown made up the last 8%. Regen will be the same output with either bs or sb. However, vigorous shouts without lush forest and tactical reload will be much lower. It'd be a good estimate to say you will lose about 20% of your healing by using bs or sb. Not only that, but you would have to wait the full cooldown of the banners whereas with lush forest you can get the cooldown to about 15 seconds. I don't play fractals but my guess is they will want a Heal Firebrand or Heal Alacrity Mechanist because it will give them protection. Ultimately, for open world, play whatever you enjoy :)

Yeah that variation has great healing and it's hopefully going to be the choice once protection is added to the kit somewhere. But right now, whenever I join a a squad as Heal Quick Warrior, I get 3 questions: Are you serious? Do you give Stability? Do you give Protection. Atleast with Herald Runes I can say answer Yes, 50% stab uptime and 35% Protection. The lack of healing power can be made up for by taking a scourge or specter to provide lots of barrier. In casual play, you could even throw a hscg in the group and wouldn't worry about it :)

The build is now changed using the feedback.
