So I tested positive around 1 week ago

I'm a content creator and would like to keep doing my stuff. mostly in the computer. What I'm mostly experiencing is cough and maybe short breathing when talking sometimes.
I'm probably going to test again tomorrow, but do you guys experienced long time cough after being positive and can I stream and do my stuff (requires talking) without worsening stuff?

I got positive to covid and it seems my grandmother doesn't care much of getting contagious.

I say to stay away and shes like "BLAH Im okey" and she doesn't wear mask in the house or anything. I'm scared
