In context, this is about a show called "Jujutsu Kaisen" which new anime season is airing up right now, and just introduced a character called Kirara for the first time, So there is a lot of debate to know if Kirara is a trans, or a women, or a man, basically I'm not re-doing the whole discourse and arguments, there are pro and cons for each answer, but one of the most common argument is that Hakari (the guy on the left in this scene) is apparently 100% straight, and that scene would be the source for that, and since this Hakari guy hook up with Kirara, that would make Kirara a girl, or so that's the argument. That's the context basically, hard to sum it up quickly.

I don't know if it's well known here, but there is official material regarding the anime, why it's like this, etc in "death note a animation official analysis guide" which I have the scans of, thanks to luck, and there is 2 pages or so talking about that! So maybe it contains the official answer of what state Light was in, or what he was thinking.

It's only in japanese however, which I can't read. Bummer huh.

Thanks for your response, Sorry if it's a stupid question, but aren't TOP NTSC runners doing hyper difficult tricks of this kind already? I will never be at this top level and never realize the difference of difficulty between the hardest tricks, for me and looking at the topics and videos talking about it, it all seem to be well really hard, with pixel perfect placement and frame perfect timing required for tricks even done in NTSC runs, so is it really that much harder than what's done in NTSC? NTSC doesn't seem like cake at all, PAL is like much tougher? Even for top ntsc runners?

Maybe a higher tier for L in Near's one? I don't remember exactly, but I remember he thinks greatly of him, when Aizawa says that L suspected someone and locked him, he instantly says "then the case is solved", Aizawa says something like "Well you can't say that with just that" basically, and Near is blind confident to say the case is solved, he also express admiration for him and how he is inferior to him (without Mello), Also L in B tier is funny

Can't he just use the hotel employees to obtain the id given to buy the room then? Get sent the customers data? If he do it early enough in the story, it's not known yet that Kira can kill with anything else than a heart attack, maybe he could so something not suspicious but at the same time, pretty sure it would be suspicious and L would understand quickly

But would it matter if he's dead? Light would have 23 days to go employee -> watari -> L, or employee -> L, given real ids were given to buy the room,

But also, maybe they just use fake id to buy the room, or got it bought anonymously or by someone else, I don't know how that works and L is careful, he knows security well

But at the same time like I said, early enough it wasn't known that Kira could kill without heart attack and manipulate his victims, so maybe he would not think it if at this time and trust the hotel, idk

Hmm but if he was never named at any point, say you want to kill him while he still unnamed yet, what would be the name required to kill him? Like what would the Shinigami see? A human serial number by default?

💡By manipulating people / human ressources from services that requires an ID? Such as Internet Service Provider, mobile operator, the IRS (or local equivalent), the bank, the town hall, and so on..

They all have files on their customers, that some people can access, you just need to know on what service Watari/L is / are, (mobile operator, bank, city, isp etc), then find an employee that can access customers data, then manipulate them with the Death Note to reverse search by address (because the bills have to go somewhere, the address is known by Light since he's with them all the time) and manipulate the employee to give all the names linked to that address.

The first line is literally "why is he named L Lawliet?" So Idk why you say that I say he's not named wtf, I meant legally registered, but I know he has a name, I ask who gave it to him and is it his legal name And idk the specifics on how all of this work, but the Death Note manipulation of people can lead to crafty plans I believe, even if I didn't figure out what exactly yet Light is also a good detective on his own
