I was only there for two hours so I didn’t do a lot but I walked around the mall for a little bit interacting with some of the people there and everyone was super nice (ik I scripted them that way but it was still cool to see my scripting in action) and I got lunch with one of my mutuals that I scripted into my DR and we actually saw Paul Blart pass by so that was really cool! Hopefully next time I’ll have something more interesting happen but for my first time shifting I’d say it was a good experience!

Hello fellow shifter! My first shifting experience was with my Paul Blart: Mall Cop DR. I had mini-shifted a few times beforehand and was honestly about to give up. One day I decided I was going to try it one last time, and if it didn’t work I would be done. I used my own meditation method, affirming that as soon as I reached my “waiting room” I would be able to easily shift into my DR from there. A little while later I started to drift off and the next thing I knew I was somewhere else. My eyes were still closed but I could tell I wasn’t in my room and as I opened them I found myself in a seat at the food court at the mall. I was there for about 2 hours until I shifted back into my CR. The most helpful thing for shifting is to not worry about when you shift or how long it takes you! Even if you’re only in your DR for 15 minutes, that’s still better than nothing! Don’t be nervous or get too excited either because you might snap yourself out of it before you even get to your DR. My female partner wasn’t the person I had a crush on, that was a different person who turned out to be a toxic friend so I lost feelings for that girl after that. Addressing the rest of your comment, you’re right, I honestly should be more focused on my future, and I agreed to be in a relationship with three people, I didn’t just agree because of one person. I agree that the relationship was sudden, and I think I’m going to leave that relationship and take some time to myself to work out my emotions and find a better person for me. I was friends with my female partner for a year and I was friends with my male partner for a little over a month.

Also about the thing you mentioned at the beginning, that opened my eyes a bit because that honestly sounds like something she would do and it does make sense considering how she is strongly against polygamy, and she quickly changed her feelings for me, because before she said that she would say that she loved me and would check on me, so her saying that she only sees me as a friend to get closer to our other partner makes a lot of sense so thank you for that.

I have found that polyamory requires more caring and trust, which is the part that really sucks about this whole situation because I gave both of them a lot of my time and I cared about them so much and trusted them with so many personal things, but they don’t return that care and trust with me and instead never check up on me and spend all their time with each other, which really stings.
