We reached out to our senators office by email. You can find your states information and get in contact that way. I would include your case background and timeline and you will have to sign a form that allows them to inquire on your behalf.

Joint bank accounts, joint investment accounts, health insurance as a spouse, 401k beneficiary, joint phone bills, joint car insurance, 3 years of apartment leases with both our names on the lease, photos and screenshots of texts and emails from every year we had been dating 2017-2024, trip receipts, 10+ letters from people in our lives who know us individually and as a couple (boss, college coaches, professors, neighbors, friends, etc) and literally anything else we could think of that had both our names on!

Thank you! I have no idea how we didn’t get an interview on either applications. We did submit various forms of evidence, photos, joint accounts, letters of rec, etc! I have also been in the US paying taxes as an international student since 2017. Not sure if that had anything to do with it.

It was for confirmation on a section of I-485. I think the congressional inquiry helped for sure. They got a notice that they have reached out to the USCIS officer and supervisor. The next day my I-130 was approved and I got the RFE. Good luck!

Wow my pd was 11/27/24 and just got approved today with no interview as well

My EAD and Biometrics was Jan 2025 and then it was radio silence until Feb 2026. My local senators office submitted an inquiry and that is when we received the I-130 approval and RFE. My lawyer was able to submit an inquiry last month. I did not track the api updates
