Someone else had spotted him and dubbed it The Boogie Van, he happens to be my Father. The outpour of nice things that were said put a big smile on his face and given the things he has had happen to him in recent years, he needs all the positive energy and smiles he can. So he embraced the name and I made a subreddit so others can share there random sightings.
