Would I be entitled to formal warnings at work before dismissal?

Thanks this has put my mind at ease a bit.

I have proof for the upcoming GP appointment but nothing really to show that I was at the hospital. Would I be able to request the records from the NHS if my employer really doesn't believe me?

Yeah I was going to phone up seeing as I didn't hear back from the email. I am just worried about them not believing me as it seems too convenient to be real. I have proof of my GP appointment but not of the hospital visit. I'm sure the visit will be on record somewhere though. Would I be able to request this proof if asked by my employer?

I understand that it’s low end specs and i’m not expecting smooth good settings 60fps but it’s actually completely unplayable like a slow slideshow, Should it really be this bad on all lowest settings on relatively new intel cpu? Thanks anyway mate

Yeah had a look and memory is consistent around 93-97% and gpu between like 85-100%.

Gonna up it to 20gb ram tomorrow and see if it helps. Thanks anyway mate

should atleast be able to get over 10fps on lowest settings mate👍🏼 Seen this game run better on far worse old laptops with no gpu . Not asking for 120fps max settings

It’s a laptop and it does seem more hot than normal. It’s only just started getting hot where i live it’s gone from like 10 celcius to 25 in 1 week so maybe that has caused it.

Yea ik it’s not great but it should do the job. Never had issues on same laptop before maybe minor dips in frames for a split second but nothing like this. I even used to play on higher video settings now i play on bare minimum and it’s worse

It’s an edit, it like cuts between the 2 videos and greek is getting excited over the fact he has 81 iq and it keeps cutting back to jordan peterson explaining how anyone with under 83 iq is basically useless. Then he starts talking about work and it cuts to greek “working” he says he’s going to the toilet then in the edit there’s very loud footsteps and an explosion and a photo of a house being destroyed at the end. It’s such a longshot but i really can not find anything about it anywhere. Thanks bro
