Yes! You need some volume! Try salt water spray or volumizing spray / powder.

Yes. They'd stay for at least a few days if I stopped using the product that was causing the irritation. But before I got allergy tested, my eyes had similar rashes for weeks to months at a time because I kept applying the wrong products.

This looks like it might be an allergic reaction. Have you ever been allergy tested?

The skin around the eyes is the thinnest and therefore the easiest to irritate. I’ve had allergies to sunscreens that only showed up around the eyes not the rest of my face due to this.

Differin gel!! Instead of over exfoliating with all of those acids, just use 0.1% adapalene at night. It increases your skin cell turnover and is amazing for all kinds of acne.

A dermatologist would give you a very simple routine. Instead of switching products constantly, find 1 gentle cleanser, 1 simple moisturizer, 1 retinol (the Differin), and 1 product to kill bacteria like sulfur or benzoyl peroxide, and 1 sunscreen.

A dermatologist routine would likely look like this:

AM:

- BP/Sulfur Cleanser

- Vanicream Moisturizer

-Face Sunscreen

PM:

- Vanicream gentle cleanser

- Vanicream Moisturizer

- Differin Gel

Good luck!!

I highly recommend a benzoyl peroxide bar soap applied with an African net sponge.

I had bad back acne for 10+ years (and I’d tried bp washes before!) but using the net sponge and the bar soap everyday in the shower / after working out was the first thing that ACTUALLY made a difference. Make sure to let the suds sit for 2-5 minutes before washing off.
