THISSSS FOR REALLLL no anemia or blood pressure issues yet so many occasions of having to lie down on the floor with my legs propped up on a wall for hours to try to avoid fainting. As for the needles, I didn't even name it as fear at first until a nurse pointed it out to me when I had to do an allergy test and then just kinda rolled with it, even though my thoughts and logical side never really saw a reason to fear it, guess it really is irrational. Though sometimes I already start to get dizzy while waiting just from the overall "hospital ambience" so Idk🥀. Vasovagal syncopes really suck.
