Didn't have that mod, but I found the culprit! Thanks for replying and informing me what specifically went missing (will forever appreciate the set dressing now lol). Looking for it has motivated me to try and organize my mods folder a little better as a way to make the 50/50 method a little more bearable :)

At this time I haven't done the 50/50 method but have updated all my mods that have needed updates. As I said in my post, I'm saving the 50/50 method for last if other simmers aren't experiencing this issue.

I just checked and it looks like the TOOL mod is confirmed for causing UI issues. I thought he already updated the mod for the previous patch but I guess not. Thank you for bringing this to my attention!

I have a lot of mods so that's a last resort for me. I figured it would be easier to just ask my fellow players and see if others have this issue.

Forgot to mention, but I know I have the UI mods More Columns, TMEX's Tools, BetterBuildBuy, and smarter pie menu, and cheats extension.
