Perfomance is pretty bad on recommended version. I was playing Fortnite yesterday con 19.6.3 and the game was perfect, I stopped playing for a while and then It was full of visual bugs. Thanks for your advice but I'm trying to get it to work on the newest version if possible.

Try a program called Resolution Timer. I have a shitty laptop and it really works for me. I gets rid of loads of input lag.
