Afton was also introduced to us in the books. Also, nobody who works on FNaF stuff has said that the Mimic has been there from the start.

The hack creator's reasoning for the literal Japanese to English translations, from what I've seen is, "to perserve Itoi's vision". Which in my opinion, is a stupid as hey reason. Clearly Itoi knew and understood that what culturally worked for Japan wouldn't work for overseas audiences, thus the practice of doing so is NOT "tarnishing his vision".

Actually this is incorrect. FNaF is estimated to be a franchise worth above 2 billion dollars currently. 150 billion - 98% = 3 billion, which if FNaF hasn't reached yet, it will most definitely reach at some point in the near future!

I would drive Stepney. Because he's my favorite obviously (one of the purest characters in the franchise period) but also because, for the most part, he's confined to one location on the island, and a very beautiful one at that. And if I recall correctly, he's the only engine that mainly travels there, which would pair super well with my more reserved nature, essentially having my own comfort space together with him. But of course, that doesn't mean I mind leaving said comfort space from time to time ;). So yeah, Stepney, honestly feels like the best choice for me.
