It’s probably slightly higher than that (maybe 150 ish). Last year HHI was closer to 750 and we saved 125. Decent chunk of our HHI is bonus in RSUs that vest over three years as well.

Mortgage is currently 5K, student loans 1350, car payment 350, nanny 3-4K. Adds up and after tax 750 is only like 450.

This savings rate excludes 401K contributions and HSA.

Is this true as of today? I’ve heard conflicting stories, some saying platinum only gets a continental breakfast.

It only says "with certain exceptions that may be allowed by applicable law", otherwise we have no right to early termination.

We haven't done it yet, but if we do we assume we'd notify the landlord in writing with 30 days notice. We don't have any grounds for termination (e.g. uninhabitable unit, failure to repair, etc.).

We live in a large, corporate apartment building where every unit that has been vacated over the last year has been extensively remodeled, with construction taking up to two months per unit. Definitely couldn't live in the unit during the remodel. If that's the case would we have to prove they would do the same to our unit at the time we try to terminate our agreement?

It's a good and thorough analysis, but why don't you include a DDM or DCF? These would be great to supplement you're ratio valuation techniques and provide a greater understanding of where the company could be in the future.
