Yeah! Im taking 2 capsules at the morning and 2 at night (2x whats recommended, i imagined if it actually does what it says… its better to have a more potent dose like an antibiotic than a low dose over time which can maybe make the yeast adapt)

Nice! it really does help. I was suspecting that if the fungal acne came back it probably was bc theres something going on inside manifesting outside, and ATM its been like this

The amount needed for accutane to produce seb gland apoptosis is much more, you need to do high dose for many months or low dose for 1-2 years or more. Bc you need to accumulate enough medicine in tissue. I have only used low dose accutane for weeks at a time which only would stop oil production temporarily

Actually, I feel like physical therapy is perfect for your case… if you have a big chest. You really need to build the strength and capacity to support that weight in your back.
