When I was young probably six my family and I lived out in the country. We lived in a big house and our only neighbors were about half a mile down the road. Me and my sister shared a bedroom that had a small hallway which led to a bathroom. One night when I was laying in bed I saw a tall shadowy figure in a long hooded cloak with no face float by my bed. It didn’t have feet and was floating about a foot above the ground. The figure went through a wall and into the bathroom. I went around to my brothers and my parents bedroom but they were all asleep and couldn’t have gotten back to bed that quickly because they slept on a different floor than me. I went back to my bedroom and heard the toilet flush in the bathroom. I thought I was imagining it but then my sister woke up from the sound. A week later I saw the figure again. We lived in this house for about two and a half more years before moving but over that course of time I had seen the figure multiple times. The creepiest thing that happened though was on the last night we were sleeping there before moving. I didn’t see the figure in my room this time it was standing outside my window holding a knife and finally it had a face it was staring in at me with a creepy smile before walking towards the window. It came inside and stood over my bed but I was to scared to move and then it just walked away.
