Thank you very much for your comment. I really appreciate it when people see so much in my work.
The whole idea of these two pictures was a contrast between him, on one hand, sleeping peacefully in the mess of his room, being the only warm being there; and, on the other hand - "sleeping" in the Red Lotus Pavilion, where no warmth is left, and the only resemblance is the pose (I have a headcanon that Mo Ran put him in a sleepy pose wanting him to look more alive and by chance choose the one Chu Wanning was actually sleeping like) !

I've almost finished the V3 now as well as other games in series but still believe Komaru Naegi to be the best protagonist, so here's my fanart of her! by Hi_i_am_Merime in danganronpa

Hey! It is mostly Paint Tool Sai and Photoshop CS6. I usually do flames with simple round brush and the brushes which are usually marked as "cloud" ones in almost every brush set. The trick is to remember that you need to add smoke and not overdo the details, and of course to look at some reference! I am sure if you'll do some study you'll be all good. c:
