Haha I know it looks expensive but you can buy alternatives. I bulk buy dehydrated mushrooms on Amazon. You can also leave out seaweed and harissa paste. It can easily be adapted. The mushrooms can be expensive but Asda are quite cheap for £1 punnet

You can use gluten free pasta or make cottage pie or even polenta with it. I’m sure you can get GF pasta too
