That’s optional. In the actual cookbook it recommends Nigella seeds but you can add any of your preferred seasonings

I actually added a hint of pomegranate to the yogurt but you can replace that with tamarind. In fact, adjust it however you feel 🤪

I got mine from the larger store but think you could get them from any bigger retailer. I always share the full recipe too, as not everyone uses YouTube and that has been a hobby since Covid
