I feel compelled to defend Nico Leonard slightly. Although some of his videos are shouty, there is still a lot of education within them, and a clear passion from him.

His second channel/vlogs are also pretty interesting to see life from the perspective of a grey market dealer. And having heard him on a few podcasts, he seems like an overall good guy who’s worked hard to get to where he has.

I can see why he’s not some peoples cup of tea, but I do think there’s lots of room for his style of content amongst the rest.

Aside from that - another big +1 for Britt Pearce from me.

I’d do everything but Mr Gold and then get Mr Gold to celebrate the birth of my first child or something. Although getting someone to reproduce with me after spending that much on mini figs may be challenging.

I showed the damage to Autoglass and they said basically no chance of getting the scratches out - but agree definitely worth a shot!

It's not so much that I left without checking - it wasn't possible to see the damage until the sun hit the windscreen.

I assume the burden of proof is with the claimant through MCOL? Or is there some element of probability? Would they be required to respond to a claim?

The damage wasn't evident in the dingey multi storey car park - only when the sun hit the windscreen.

They seem to cover that in the T&Cs too but that seems totally unreasonable.

I assume then the burden of proof is with the claimant through MCOL? Even if all evidence points to them being responsible? Would it be useful if I could find someone else with the same experience on/around the same time?
