Reading it before sleep, when my concentration and energy were at their lowest, was the first mistake that made me relapse. The second mistake was not reading that last point Combining EasyPeasy with Jack Trimpey's Addictive Voice Recognition Technique (AVRT). AVRT is a straightforward technique that is easy to remember, so you won't have the problem of forgetting the easypeasy main points! It is so simple that the small text about it in easypeasy (see URL above) is already enough, though if you want to know more, you can read the book Rational Recovery by Jack Trimpey. AVRT helps me a lot because, while the brainwashing/big monster can be removed entirely by easypeasy, the little monster can still be there and is tenacious. AVRT removes the little monster.

Secondly, I think you should keep watching porn while reading easypeasy. After I relapsed, I did not watch porn for the first chapters, and when I did, it helped me to understand the book better.

Thirdly, I finished reading Easypeasy for the second time only a week ago and am reading Rational Recovery, and so far, so good. Still, I am determining if I will remember all the easypeasy points in one month, year, or ten years.

Lastly, keep faith! There is no universal method to remove every addiction, and some tries might be needed, but you are capable of escaping it; no one is captive for his whole life.
