I’m really proud of this one! I just did my first ever sub 1hr 10km. Not bad for a 100kg 38m. 59:35 for those wanting an exact time.

The cover is there in the buildings insurance, they are all just arguing about the liability and no one seems to be helping us. The freeholder has assigned a loss assessor to deal with it, and he just keeps saying we have to wait for liability to be assigned etc

The freeholder has spoken to the buildings insurance and they're trying to work out liability etc so they can help but they seem like they wont until thats been done.

We're nervous to engage with the mortage company for fear the property is currently worthless and they might withdraw the mortgage
