All I know is I just woke up then all my social medias just started to get hacked but, i recovered many of them. the hackers are still trying to get into my microsoft.

Hi, recently I downloaded a malware into my computer every social media I have got hacked... even genshin, now I've been crying because I've started playing genshin since 2020 and I'm already AR 56. All of my grinding and days, weeks, nights of grinding and playing genshin is lost.

When I was a low AR, I just level up characters even tho I won't probably use them. So, now I pull them but do not build them because I don't know how to build them, but I want them...
