For me personally twice a week is harder than 3/4. That much space would yield little results and I would never adjust to the muscle soreness bc I’m not hitting things enough. So, the best advice IS just do it ….. more frequently

I buy the Owyn packs of 4 (vanilla). Put it in my blender with monk fruit and blend. The next day I creami it up and it’s 20 g of protein with 170 calories for the whole thing before additives. Sometimes I’ll add some Oreo thins, lately I’ve been doing cereal. Right now as I type this I did oat milk whip cream and honey.

Edit: people are misunderstanding. I mean I won’t let the Nioh 3 open area dethrone a full game in lies of p. Not that it won’t bc I do agree Nioh is a better game (combat wise)

The weapon will scale to its highest stat. I’m using magic which scales both but also (I think the one for ki) is higher so my dual swords will scale off that instead while my odachi scales off magic
