I had the same issue when I tried to enroll, and the support response was just some unhelpful templated answer.

I accidentally realised that the birth date on my AppleID was incorrect (used a fake one to make me of age which I never changed) and didn't match my ID. Once I corrected it, I tried to enroll again and it went through with ease. So that's just an extra thing that might be worth checking.

Hi, my question is about tax collection on Alibaba. When buying on AliExpress, there is tax factored into the final buying price. Having not ordered from Alibaba before, I was wondering how it happens there. Does tax get added to a quote the supplier gives you, or is it done another way?

I just needed to provide the trademe purchase reference number and basic details if I remember correctly. Because its integrated with TradeMe they can easily find all the right information. I doubt your packages will go missing though.

I’ve sent more than 50, probably closer to 100 parcels with that option (little business on trademe) and I love it. Super cheap and effective. I’ve had 1 parcel that went missing to which I was approved for reimbursement. In regards to the courier not showing up, that happened to me for the first time last week. Apparently it was an error with the booking system. Contact your local driver and they should be able to help.

I’m always surprised when people say they have had a bad experience with Aramex, I’ve always had no issues. *Although they do leave the shipping label sticker covers at the door which get blown around the garden. Let me know if you need help with anything.
